We've got a new camera and an Eye-Fi card for the Student Ministry. Trying out the capabilities. The first several tests have been absolutely AMAZING!!!!
If you don't know what the Eye-Fi does, it WIRELESSLY sends your pictures to your online photo storage site (our is Picasa). It automatically creates a new album. ALSO - it has the ability to geotag our pics, so when we should be able to geotag photos as we're out and about on missions trips and conferences and such!
If you haven't noticed, there have been some changes over the past few weeks. More pictures are being taken, more photo slideshows are being shared. We've linked our youtube channel, our blog (gotreallife.org), our picasa photo website and even our facebook page. We're still learning, but you should be seeing more and more media coming out of the Student Ministry.
Also -- Faith Keeton has been named REAL LIFE Staff Photographer. She is in posession of the new camera and is uploading our pics and creating slideshows with our show creator account (animoto). You can make free 30 second shows with the software. Animoto has graciously provided us with a Pro account free of charge!
Anyway -- if you have any cool pictures that you have taken, email them to Faith -- she'll be sure to add them to our media archives!
